The increase in production will be carried out by technically upgrade of the enterprise, di-rected on decision of originating questions of development of serial release of new production, through the purchase of high-efficiency equipment and updating out-of-date equipment in order to improve quality of output production. Marketing strategy of development of foundry manufacture of JSC Polotsk plant ╚Prommashremont╩ is focused on individual work with large agricultural enterprises of Belarus, which allows to consider all requirements of a particular customer. Modernized foundry manufacture of the plant will be focused on release of small details of difficult configuration, first of all, exact steel castings, produced by molding on melted models. There is plan of increase in production of foundry manufacture in 3,5 times to level of 2010: 400 tons per year 2012, 500 tons per year 2013 and 520 tons per year 2014.

Now general consumers of steel and cast-iron molding are:

JSC ╚Bobruiskagromash╩ with annual consumption of 250 tons (cast-iron molding √ 100 tons; exact steel molding on melted models √ 150 tons);

JSC ╚Minskagroprommash╩ with annual consumption of 80 tons of exact steel molding on melted models;

JSC ╚Beltechlen╩ with annual consumption of 8 tons of exact steel molding on melted models;

JSC ╚Orshaagroprommash╩ with annual consumption of 8 tons of exact steel molding on melted models.

Potential consumer of steel molding is JSC ╚Lidaagroprommash╩ with annual consumption of 100-150 tons. However available melting equipment gives a chance to receive no more than 13 tons steel and cast-iron moulds per month (about 150 tons per year). So high level of depreciation and low productivity of available equipment, out-of-date technology, low level of automation, ab-sence of means of automatic control on the majority of technological operations don▓t allow to ex-pand the nomenclature and to raise quality of release moulds, interfere with escalating of output ca-pacity today.
