Block oil fuel burners

Block oil fuel burners are hi-tech block devices and intended for highly effective burning of fuel in heat exchangers of water-heating and steam coppers, pitch boilers; thermal generators; baking, confectionery, melting furnaces; grain-dryers; material's dryer equipment and other thermal units maintained in closed premises.
The design of burners conforms to all requirements of GOST 27824-2000. Industrial oil fuel burners. General technical requirements.

Fuel:
  • oven household Specifications 38-101.656.87;
  • diesel GOST 305-82;
  • kerosene GOST 38.01408-86.
Distinctive features:
  • Functioning in automatic mode without constant presence of operator.
  • The compact block design on hinge rotary flange (t burners thermal capacity 340 kW and more) can be taken aside. It considerably facilitates adjustment and maintenance of ignition electrodes, swirler, nozzle without dismantle of burner from thermal unit.
  • Case from aluminum alloy.
  • Presence of the monitoring flame system.
  • Automatic control of a parity fuel-air at each step of capacity that provides highly effective and full combustion of fuel.
  • Big range of regulation of thermal capacity.
  • Full readiness for connection to fuel highway thanks to equipment all valves and gates.
  • Burner's automatics represents a portable control block "Dvina", which can be placed in any convenient place for operator and taken out on boiler device board.

Control mean
  • Control mean "Dvina" provides functioning of thermal unit by burner's fan;
  • Purge of combustion chamber of thermal unit carries out by burner's fan;
  • Giving of voltaic arc on ignition electrodes;
  • Fuel giving in mixing knot and its ignition;
  • Control of flame presence;
  • Automatic control of burner's heating capacity according to commands from gages, established on thermal unit;
  • Stopping delivery of fuel with alarm system inclusion in following situations:
    • Fuel nonignition in firing course;
    • Burner's flame failure;
    • Electric power stopping delivery;
    • Pressure of fuel below supposed values after core shutdown valve;
    • Controllable parameters of thermal unit (temperature, pressure, depression) have reached of emergency values.

Spontaneous start isn't made after burner's emergency switching-off.
