Potato digger is intended for for work on all kinds of soil with humidity to 27% and hardness to 20 kg/sm².

Potato digger can work on fields with an equal relief and with a cross-section bias no more than 3 degrees, with remote or dried up tops of vegetable, with the maintenance in arable horizon of stones in diameter to 150 mm √ to 6 tons/hectares, on smooth and crest landings with row-spacings of 70 sm, occurrence depth of tubers to 22 sm, occurrence width to 40 sm, at biologically mature potato.

Potato digger is aggregated with tractors of traction class 1,4. Drive of working bodies of potato digger from tractor VOM at 540 rpm.
